Summit Program
27th – 29th October 2026 • KICC, Nairobi, Kenya
Proposed Summit Format
With feedback gathered since 2022, the Corporate Career Academy (CCA) has adopted a systematic approach to building consensus and delivering a student- and youth-focused event with stakeholders as key drivers. Pre-summit activities, including stakeholder breakfasts and round tables, press releases, and media briefs, set the tone for the main event.
At the Summit, an agile delivery model is adopted, infusing high-level panel discussions, main plenary discussions, sub-sector breakaway sessions, student demo days, pitching, and exhibitions. At the climax of the Summit, a gala event is hosted featuring the Uongozi Career Awards, recognizing pacesetters in career and skills development across East Africa.
